The members of the Mary & Martha Circle #1403 of Houston, Texas, assembled boxes filled with personal items for the area halfway house called the Angela House. The mission of Angela House is to successfully transition women into society after incarceration. It is a residential facility that house non-violent offenders who are typically homeless or at risk of being homeless. These residents have few, if any, resources with which to begin the process of moving toward stable residency and productive lives. The Mary & Martha Circle members demonstrate our motto of Unity, Friendship and Charity by their willingness to do good works to help others less fortunate.
